One fashion trend that seems to come around every 10 years are thigh high boots, from the late flower power days through to Madonna there always seems to be a pop singer who has them as part of their stage clothing. This extra exposure brings them back to the forefront of younger girls who don't remember the last time they were high fashion and that creates a market for them.

Black thigh high boots are mainly for going out (they will make heads turn) but can be worn for everyday use if you live or work in the right sort of environment. If you are in a fashion orientated work place then you will be fine, if you work on a farm or in a mortuary then you may need to consider some other type of shoes for work.

As said before these boots are the kind of trend that come back into fashion time and time again so investing in a quality pair is a good idea. They will last for a lifetime so every time they come back into fashion, you will have them ready and waiting in your closet!
